Welcome to Discord music bot TAPI developed and provided by Chanwoo Lee.

TAPI ("Service") allows you to agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

1. Description

TAPI allows users to play and manage music within the Discord server using slash commands. The service interfaces with third-party audio sources (YouTube, SoundCloud) to provide audio playback.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use TAPI in compliance with all relevant laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and these Terms and Conditions. You may not:

• Use TAPI for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to obstruct or disrupt the functionality of TAPI
• Abuse bot features (e.g., spam commands)
• Violate copyright laws when playing music

3. Data Processing

TAPI collects and stores the following non-personal data for service functionality:

• Discord User ID
• Server (Guild) ID and channel IDs
• Playback commands and queue information
• User language preferences

TAPI uses slash commands only and does not read message content. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to remove TAPI from servers or block certain users at any time for breach of these terms or abuse of service, including but not limited to:

• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Spam or abuse of bot features
• Copyright violations

Server administrators may remove TAPI at any time. Upon removal, all server-specific data (settings, preferences) will be automatically deleted.

5. Disclaimer

TAPI is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability or uptime
• Freedom from errors or bugs
• Availability of third-party music sources (YouTube, SoundCloud)

Music playback depends on third-party services (YouTube, SoundCloud) which may change their APIs or terms at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chanwoo Lee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of your services.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced through:

• Updates to this page (with revised "Last Updated" date)
• Bot announcements or notifications
• GitHub repository updates

Continuing to use TAPI after modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
